Adding Your Photograph to the Openweb Portal
The Openweb Portal allows registered users to upload a photograph of themselves which is stored against their user profile and shown whenever they contribute to or edit a document. If you wish to do this the procedure is as follows:
i) Prepare an image of yourself which is 62 pixels by 62 pixels (the site will scale any image you upload to these dimensions).
ii) Images used on the Openweb Portal are stored in an image library which is part of the portal. Click on "Pictures" and then "Images" to access this library. Upload your prepared image.
iii) Following upload, select your image and then click on the preview. This will show just your image with its url in the address bar of the browser. Copy this url.
iv) Go to "People and Groups", "All People" and select your entry. Select "Edit Item" and paste the url into the "Picture" field.
v) Click "Okay".
