If accepted to join Openweb as a new partner, what is the expected ballpark financial contribution?

OpenWEB is not at present taking on new members, but this will be reviewed in 2009.
The expected financial outlay to members is zero, however they are expected to cover their own costs whether it be travel to meetings, staff costs of developing integrated model compositions, or the cost of developing the solution up to the level where it can be provided to a software developer or downstream user.
The ball-park cost of this is likely to be the cost of taking on and supervising a Researcher for which funding of about £60000 will be needed per year.
OpenWEB can assist multi-centre teams in obtaining such funds.
